In Loving Memory...
"Deceit"
AmBraTag's Deceitful Baby
2/19/2008 - 11/22/2009

Deceit was a wonderful girl.  She was the most outgoing, friendly girl in the world.  Everyone who came to the AmBraTag home just loved Deceit.  She was a tremendous girl with a huge head, and a huge heart.  She loved playing with her toys and loved for her humans to play fetch with her.  It was too funny to see a 130-pound Dane fetch a tennis bell inside the house!  She loved to offer her toys to the little ones here, always dangling her rope toy in the puppies' faces to try to get them to play tug of war.  Of course, she always won.  And none of us will ever forget her absolute terror of the life-size Santa Claus we have at Christmas.  She would crawl up inside a shoe box if she could to get away from him!  Every single night, without fail, she would bed down for the night right beside Erica.  Getting out of bed was like an obstacle course.  We couldn't wait to see some of her babies, since we know she was the most beautiful Fawn there ever was.  Losing her has been like truly losing a family member.  Not something we'll soon get over.  Thank you for being our girl, Deceit.  You will always be loved.  You will ALWAYS be our Baby-girl Ceit-Ceit.

"Duncan"
AmBraTag's Fuehuer Duncan
6/29/2005 - January 2010

Duncan was one handsome boy.  From the minute he walked into the AmBraTag household, he raised the excitement level a notch!  His high-fives to get a treat were sure to be expected.  His big stupid grin when he was doing something he knew he shouldn't be doing was a daily ritual.  What a gorgeous boy with a nice, blocky, Euro head; he certainly did make pretty Dane babies.  Once he left our household to live with friends a short drive away, he charmed yet another family into falling in love with him.  John, Nicole & their family instantly became Dane lovers.  Duncan was the talk of the neighbors!  He had a way with the ladies and has sired several litters with us and with his new family.  None of us will ever forget Duncan.  It's not often that you have the luck of ending up with a boy like him.  Nice, gorgeous looks, wonderful height and a fantastic Euro head, Duncan was the total package.  We love you Duncan.  Have fun giving everyone High Five as they pass by the Rainbow Bridge.  Sooner or later, you'll be back with your families again.

Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor.
Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance.
Her bright eyes are intent.  Her eager body quivers.
Suddenly she begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, her legs carrying her faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.
The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head,
and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....
