"Max"
Litter:
Ginger & Riley, February 5, 2010

Toby & Erica,
Here is our baby....and just like all babies he brings us lots of joy and occasionally a few challenges. Maximillian is the talk of town and loved by everyone.  He has made so many friends little and big, everyone can't get enough of him. "MARMADUKE" is what he is nicknamed. It's amazing how funny and silly he is. Max has discovered the bed, the toilet and bathroom tub faucet for drinking water out of, hates baths but loves to shower, loves music and watching TV especially cartoons, Hotel For Dogs, Beverly Hills Chihuahua, Golf and Baseball. He likes to chase squirrels and birds and our cat Lilly.   Our house is filled with toys and of course....SLOBBER!!   If left alone for 5 minutes Max is always up to no good. We have found him eating our clothes from the laundry basket, dragging blankets or pillows,  eating Lilly's food and anything bad he can get his naughty puppy paws on. Max got house training down in a week with only 2 accidents, mastered the walk (we are getting a choker and maybe a trainer).  Paul and I cannot thank you and Erica enough for all your support, encouragement and advice. It is wonderful being a part of the AmBraTag Family.

Take care & good luck with the family & four-legged kids!!!

"Orla"
Litter:
Ginger & Riley, February 5, 2010

Hi Toby and Erica,
Thanks for the message. Orla's doing great. I took some pictures of her yesterday to send off to you both; I was going to wait until after her vet appointment tomorrow, but I'll just attach them here.
She's terribly sweet and very well behaved. Our boys are crazy about her. She's doing well walking on the leash (she goes for 2-3 long walks a day) and is 90% or so house trained. And, of course, she's getting bigger by the day!
We couldn't be happier with her. She's really mellow and sweet. It's so lovely to have a dog in the house again.
Thanks again for the email. I hope you all are well.

"Carter"
Litter:
Bella & Duncan, November 22, 2009

Carter is doing great! He is spoiled rotten, and very loved :) He is also doing very well with his potty training and him and our dachshund love each other very much. He is still chewing but we have gotten him plenty of chew toys. He goes back to the vet this week for some more shots and another check- up. I have attached a photo of him that was taken last week... I will get some more photos for you guys soon. Thank you for following up!

"Lucy"
Litter:
Bella & Duncan, November 22, 2009

Hi Erica and Toby:
I was writing to give you an update on Lucy (a.k.a. Mischief). Lucy is doing very well. We just had her spayed and she is acting as if nothing happened. She weighed in at 77lbs when she had her surgery. (I'm attaching a copy of the receipt from the vet.)
Lucy is pretty sure the she owns the house. She loves to get into bed with us in the morning and lay right between the two of us. And if there is not enough room between us, she flops on top of us so we make room. She also likes to either sit on our laps or back up and sit between the two of us while we are watching TV. She gets along very well with other dogs in the neighborhood and has friends she can play with. Our neighbors on both sides have dogs (one has a Beagle and the other has a lab) and Lucy loves to stand at the window and watch them. When we can she goes out and plays with them. She gets up in the morning and eats, then she goes upstairs and cries at Scott to get out of bed because she wants to go for her walk. It is pretty funny how quickly she trained us.
I have been checking out your website. The new puppies are adorable. I can't wait to see more photos as the puppies grow up.
Thank you again for Lucy. We love her dearly. Here are some pictures of Lucy.

Thanks.

"Kalli"
Litter:
Bella & Duncan, November 22, 2009

Erica,
Kali is doing wonderful. She is adapting well to our crazy house! I attached a picture of her and Roxie chilling on the sofa they are NOT allowed on! They have bonded very well. She chases Hercules(my Italian Greyhound) around the kitchen and family room constantly! and she and the cat are not best of friends yet!
She is a sweetheart...she is very well behaved, and has taken to crate training very well. I would say she is 90% house broken. Kali does not like the snow very much and has had a few accidents over the last few days, but I know it is because of the weather. She lets us know when she wants out and sits very nice when she comes in for her treat. She does not let me forget that she gets a treat each time she pees outside!!!
Thanks for allowing us the pleasure of raising such a beautiful little girl!

Maggie

"Moose"
Litter:
Bella & Duncan, November 22, 2009

Dear Toby,
Good morning, how are you. It was nice to hear from you.
Moose is doing great. We just finished his rounds of vaccinations and we are past the 4 month mark. He is so big. If you stand him on his hind legs he is taller than my daughter.
Unfortunately for us, when we were trying to potty train him there was snow on the ground and it was cold. He hated being out side. So, now that the weather is nice we are having a hard time getting him to want to go out. We’ve got a large back yard he is just now getting to explore. He’ll love it in no time. He is also doing great on a leash as a walking dog. I’ve been working with him from day one. He walks right next to me, stops when I stop, and doesn’t pull...
I’ve attached some updated pictures for you. These were taken two weekends ago. We’ll keep in touch.

"Laci"
Litter:
Bella & Duncan, November 22, 2009

Toby & Erica,
Hi!  Just wanted to send an update on Laci.  She is doing great!  She's now bigger than Apollo is, who just turned 3 years old.  She is almost 80lbs already.  I was laying on the couch watching a movie, and she decided to curl up between the back cushion and the back of the couch and watch the movie...she loves to snuggle!  I keep saying if she could crawl inside of us, she would!  As soon as I get the camera installed on the computer again, I will forward over some more pictures of her.  Laci is definitely a big chicken!  She is scared of everything.  She even scares herself half the time.  She acts tough though!  We have dogs on both sides of us, and she runs outside barking her head off, but as soon as they bark or come running over, she runs away and hides.  Good luck with the new puppies, and I will definitely pass the word along to my cousin and her husband!

Thanks!
Kristin & Dan

"Adonis"

Ginger & Riley, July 26, 2009

Toby & Erica,
Just wanted to drop you a line and some pictures of Adonis.   He is doing great!!!!.  What a wonderful addition to our family.  I love him so much already!  Before long I believe he will think he is a bird.  He enjoys laying underneath the Manzanita play perch for the birds in the store.  He has made himself and home and stolen my heart as well as the rest of my family.
I can see already he and my son are going to be buddies.
I can't thank you enough I am so thrilled with him.  He is such a magnificent fellow.

"Ruby"
Litter:
Ginger & Riley, July 26, 2009

Hi Erica,
I just wanted to email you and say thank you so very much!  Your "little" gal is such a delight to have around and Scooby and she bonded instantly!  My daughter wanted to change her name to "Ruby" since that was Scooby Doo's sister in the cartoon, so Ruby it will be and she seems to know it already...     No accidents in the house and they sleep together in the crate very well...
Ruby is just a delight and a wonderful addition to our household and I can't thank you enough.  I'll send more pictures soon so you can see how she's coming along!

Take care,
Penny

"Aspen"
Litter:
Polly & Duncan, May 22, 2009

Hi, Erica:
Just wanted to give you an update on Aspen.  She is doing great.  She is officially settled in, having lots of fun with her new brothers and sisters.  She and Neesa, our little English Bulldog love to play.  They are always at it!  We have gotten a good bit of weight on her.  She is eating well.  She goes back to see the vet this coming Monday for her shots.  I'm sending a few recent shots of her, being cute as usual! Enjoy.

"Sassy"
Litter:
Polly & Duncan, May 22, 2009

Hey Erica,
We did keep her name Sassy, it fits her so well.  Working on her potty training, going ok, only a few accidents.  She has adjusted so well.  She fits right in with the family.  Today she was so funny, she saw herself in the mirror and started to growl and bite at the mirror!  She is so comical.  I will keep the pictures coming, but I don't want to overload you, with them.  We already have taken so many.  What a princess she is!  Talk to you soon,

Mandy

"Shipley"

Hey Erica,
Just send you a few pictures of Shipley (a.k.a. Mack).  I think he loves it here. He is at 97lbs and growing and is 30 inches from the ground to his shoulders.  Well I just wanted to drop you some pictures so you could see what he looks like now.

"Cammie"
Litter:
Cricket & Rock, March 20, 2009

...we shortened her name to Cammie.  She is a great addition to our family and is doing pretty good with puppy training and walking on a leash, too.  I see your new pups are very cute and closing in on 8 weeks, it is amazing how time flies, that means we have had Cammie for almost 2 months.  Cammie just loves to cuddle up against me and my wife and is also very gentle and affectionate to my 2-year old, which is great.  Thank you, Cammie is a really great girl.  I am still working on a family picture, but I do have a couple updated pictures of Cammie for you.  Thank you.

"Millie"
Litter:
Cricket & Rock, March 20, 2009

Hey Erica,
This is Dave.  Sorry it's taken so long for me to send you an email in regards to Millie.  She has grown quite a bit since we got her from you, although she is still small like you said she might be.  She weighs around 60 pounds now and is still a clumsy mess, haha.  We had a little trouble at first, she was having some food problems about a month or so later after we got her home out of the blue.  But, we got her on some new food and she's been pretty good.  She turns into a wild woman for about an hour every day and just bounces off everything.  I find it pretty funny, my wife gets a little stressed about it, but she's a great dog and everyone who sees her just falls in love with her.  I'm sure I could go on about her, but I just wanted to send you some pics.  I don't have any current ones, but I can always get more if you like.  Thanks a lot!

Dave

"Ruca"
Litter:
Polly & Rock, November 17, 2008

Erica & Toby,
Hey, here are some pictures of Ruca.  She is about 100 lbs and has the most amazing personality!!  She loves to cuddle, play with stuffed animals and gives hugs to her Daddy.  Ruca has also made many friends at the dog park we have on base, she loves to follow little dogs around the park and chase big dogs.  She has no clue how to retrieve a ball, but she does love to have them bounced for her; she jumps almost 7 feet in the area trying to bounce with the ball.  Shortly after we got Ruca, we introduced her to our best friend's dog Jackson (Black Lab).  Let's just say they are inseparable!!  Jackson loves to play catch, and Ruca loves to chase him; they spend many days together playing and love to cuddle.  Ruca has 2 siblings:  Mason, a Border Collie/Basset Hound mix who is 15 years old and Shiraz, a 4 year old cat.  Ruca loves to steal Mason's toys,  but Mason doesn't mind; the only time he gets mad at her is if she does something wrong.  Mason taught Ruca not to eat out of the trash, not to drink out of the toilet and to be a good puppy for Mommy & Daddy.  Ruca loves to chase Shiraz, but Shiraz gets back at her by biting her tail.  Ruca has been an amazing addition to our family and we are so grateful to have her!!

"Zeva"
Litter:
Cricket & Sir Cane What a Dane, August 5, 2008

She loves the couch and has claimed it as her own-like any decent Dane would.  We have rename Zena to Zeva, but mostly just call her "Z".  She loves to chew on shoes (LOL) and her favorite thing to eat is pig ears (yum).  She has settled in nicely with the family and her first vet check up went great.  We will send photos of her first Christmas.

"Lacy Lea"
Litter:
Cricket & Sir Cane What a Dane, August 5, 2008

Hi, I know it's been quite a while, but I am finally able to sit down and send out a note and a picture of a GREAT Great Dane.  We named your Giant to Lacy Lea.  Here are 3 pictures I think you'll like.  She has a few friends here:  a chocolate lab named Ginger and 3 cats until recently a fourth I found at work (wild) and brought home; you can see him in the picture with Lacy.  Lacy gets along well with all of them, but loves to chase after them sometimes.  Otherwise, she is a sweetheart.  Happy, healthy and loves all of us and we love her.  I see Cricket had more babies; Lacy's half brothers and sisters, COOL!
