We just wanted to inform you that we went to the vet yesterday for Mugford's wellness check and everything went great!
The vet loved him and he is up to 17 lbs!!!! WOW!
He has been an absolute joy to have around and has such a delightful personality.
We couldn't be happier with our newest member of the family.
Pictures will come soon!!!!!!
We did keep the name Mugford, it fit him so well and we loved that it was a ship in Pearl Harbor!
He is getting a lot better with house training and now only has about 1 accident a day.
He is sleeping through the night and is chewing mostly on his toys. He is a SWEETHEART!!!!
He loves to cuddle and his favorite place is on someone's lap, cute now.....scary for later.
He loves country music and being with us, no matter what we are doing.
He is a joy, we can't thank you enough!!!!!

Great News, Addison and Arizona (now called Chooch) seem to be really getting along so I am definately keeping him.
I took him to the vet she said everything looked good except his hernia, she doesn't feel that it will close on its own...
Today Chooch aka Arizona got fixed and they did need to go in and repair that hernia.
I attached the vet bill as well as two more pictures. He just weighed in at about 67 pounds on friday so he's starting to get bigger.
Heather Note: We disclosed the hernia to Heather and agreed up-front to pay the cost of the hernia repair, if it was necessary. We want happy extended families! |

We participated in the Dover Days Pet Parade over the weekend.
Novia was entered as the rare Barking Lion haha.
We met over 30 other dogs, and hundreds of people.
She LOVED the attention! It was a great opportunity to reinforce basics such as 'sit' and 'touch' (touching her nose to two extended fingers in any given place).
We skipped breakfast on purpose that day and went through at least a cup of treats! She did fabulous :)
We also had to separate inquires if we would be interested in breeding her.
Of course I shot the idea down, and informed them of the limited akc registration etc, but what a great compliment!
There was even someone who mistook her for a Rhodesian due to her unusual red stripe down her back.
Thank you for the fabulous addition to the family :) She will be involved in more outings I'm sure.
On a side note, her sister (behind her in the last picture) was just AKC CGC certified ;D Gotta love danes! :D
have a good day, and enjoy the new puppies! Serena and Austin |

I really don't think everything we hoped
she would be can really describe her. She is really such a
wonderful addition to our family. My wife has been sick
for several years and we have been putting off getting a puppy
because all of the hard work that is involved but we are finally
at a point that we can properly take care of a puppy and she has
brought such great joy and a sense of well being to our house.
My wife and I are very strong believers that dogs are very good
for your mental and physical well-being and it is turning out to
be very true. She just showers us with love every day that
only a dog can....
Thank You, Brie & Family Magnolia, DE |

Dierks is doing so well!!
He is growing so fast I can't believe it!
He's pretty much 100% potty trained so that's very exciting.
He's a great dog and gets along so well with all the other dogs that have been visiting lately.
He definitely has a great personality and is one spoiled puppy.
Were actually going up to my boyfriend Ryan's house for Christmas so Dierks will be able to play with his Great Danes all weekend!
I attached a few photos and I'm sure there will be plenty more after the holidays!!!
I hope you had a great Thanksgiving and enjoy your Holiday!!

Gideon is a fantastic addition to our family!
He loves to race around our backyard but also can be a huge couch potato.
At 7 months old he is already 33" tall and weighs 115lbs.
He knows the commands "sit", "stay" and "shake" and does well on the leash and in the car.
He has been a blessing in so many ways and we would like to thank you again for such a wonderful puppy!
Gideon is so big already!
He is really a great puppy.
It is amazing to see a puppy with such a calm demeanor.
He is very easy to walk and enjoys watching people and other dogs more than chasing after them.
Sometimes he forgets how big he is, haha.

Hello Erica,
I thought I would write and keep you updated. Shadow got his Surgery done for the hernia and is doing Great. He looks wonderful. He is about 100lbs now. He is such a laid back dog. Other then going through the trash he is a great dog. Him and Sonny have too completely different personalities. Sonny is more of a playful dog and wants all the attention. They don't like going anywhere without each other. They really are the best of brothers! Sonny and the kids are always running around together. He is still a tad bit smaller then Shadow. Sonny still has his hernia, It still is very small though. I added more pictures with this letter hope you like. Sara |

Hello Erica and Toby,
It has been a long time since I last wrote. Bruce is nine months old now and he is a big boy. I haven't weighed him in a little bit, but he measures 32 inches at the shoulders and he looks a good weight. Bruce has been such a great addition to the family, he just blends in perfectly and we all love him so much. He can be serious, hilarious and loving all at once. He brightens up the house when he blinks his pretty eyes, flashes his mischievous smile and knocks the picture frames down with his waggy tail. I honestly couldn't be happier with my beautiful Great Dane. Nicole Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic |

You are no doubt still recovering from your most recent litter.
I cannot imagine the energy an effort that requires.
Your offer of Tucker was incredibly generous.
I will tell you now, that I was extremely hesitant.
I knew I wasn’t ready.
But when I saw the look on Pam’s face and the tears….I realized it wasn’t about me any longer.
Tucker has become a welcome member of our family.
(We all) dote on him and he loves it!
He is a genuine delight.
This morning after going out to help me feed the horses (and take his morning constitution) he laid next to me in bed, legs up in the air while I rubbed his belly.
While the loss of Riley is still very fresh, having Tucker has made it much easier for all of us to deal with and yes, he has found his own place in my heart.
Saying thank you doesn’t seem adequate.
You are welcome at our farm anytime.
Sincerely, Jim Salisbury, MD |

Toby & Erica,
Here is our baby....and just like all babies he brings us lots of joy and occasionally a few challenges. Maximillian is the talk of town and loved by everyone. He has made so many friends little and big, everyone can't get enough of him. "MARMADUKE" is what he is nicknamed. It's amazing how funny and silly he is. Max has discovered the bed, the toilet and bathroom tub faucet for drinking water out of, hates baths but loves to shower, loves music and watching TV especially cartoons, Hotel For Dogs, Beverly Hills Chihuahua, Golf and Baseball. He likes to chase squirrels and birds and our cat Lilly. Our house is filled with toys and of course....SLOBBER!! If left alone for 5 minutes Max is always up to no good. We have found him eating our clothes from the laundry basket, dragging blankets or pillows, eating Lilly's food and anything bad he can get his naughty puppy paws on. Max got house training down in a week with only 2 accidents, mastered the walk (we are getting a choker and maybe a trainer). Paul and I cannot thank you and Erica enough for all your support, encouragement and advice. It is wonderful being a part of the AmBraTag Family. Take care & good luck with the family & four-legged kids!!! Zee & Paul New York |

Hi Toby and Erica, Just wanted you to know that Bridgit is doing great... working on going down stairs and the leash which she is great at protesting.... went to the vet today and she made out fantastic... vet was very impressed with all the shots and stuff she has had and wanted me to ask you if she could use your name for people here looking for Great Danes... told her I would check with you and let her know.... she has toys scattered all over the house and today made a great stride... pooped outside twice instead of in the house.... I am so happy with her and know we will do just fine... already has found the couch and would rather sleep on that than anywhere else... the vet took pictures of her today she was so impressed.... thank you so much for giving me such a great puppy... as soon as I have pictures I will send them on... I swear every time she moans when sleeping she grows an inch!!! thanks again... I just love her... Your God-child is going to be very happy here... Eileen New York |

Hi Toby and Erica, Thanks for the message. Orla's doing great. I took some pictures of her yesterday to send off to you both; I was going to wait until after her vet appointment tomorrow, but I'll just attach them here. She's terribly sweet and very well behaved. Our boys are crazy about her. She's doing well walking on the leash (she goes for 2-3 long walks a day) and is 90% or so house trained. And, of course, she's getting bigger by the day! We couldn't be happier with her. She's really mellow and sweet. It's so lovely to have a dog in the house again. Thanks again for the email. I hope you all are well. Kevin Philadelphia |

Hi Erica and Toby: I was writing to give you an update on Lucy (a.k.a. Mischief). Lucy is doing very well. We just had her spayed and she is acting as if nothing happened. She weighed in at 77lbs when she had her surgery. (I'm attaching a copy of the receipt from the vet.) Lucy is pretty sure the she owns the house. She loves to get into bed with us in the morning and lay right between the two of us. And if there is not enough room between us, she flops on top of us so we make room. She also likes to either sit on our laps or back up and sit between the two of us while we are watching TV. She gets along very well with other dogs in the neighborhood and has friends she can play with. Our neighbors on both sides have dogs (one has a Beagle and the other has a lab) and Lucy loves to stand at the window and watch them. When we can she goes out and plays with them. She gets up in the morning and eats, then she goes upstairs and cries at Scott to get out of bed because she wants to go for her walk. It is pretty funny how quickly she trained us. I have been checking out your website. The new puppies are adorable. I can't wait to see more photos as the puppies grow up. Thank you again for Lucy. We love her dearly. Here are some pictures of Lucy. Thanks, Claire & Scott |

Kali is doing wonderful.
She is adapting well to our crazy house!
I attached a picture of her and Roxie chilling on the sofa they are NOT allowed on!
They have bonded very well.
She chases Hercules(my Italian Greyhound) around the kitchen and family room constantly!
and she and the cat are not best of friends yet!
She is a sweetheart...she is very well behaved, and has taken to crate training very well.
I would say she is 90% house broken.
Kali does not like the snow very much and has had a few accidents over the last few days, but I know it is because of the weather.
She lets us know when she wants out and sits very nice when she comes in for her treat.
She does not let me forget that she gets a treat each time she pees outside!!!
Thanks for allowing us the pleasure of raising such a beautiful little girl!

| We regretfully have removed comments from Moose's humans. Moose was diagnosed at 7 months old by an orthopedic veterinarian with a 'severe angular limb deformity of a single forelimb caused by an injury to his growth plate'. Unfortunately, our refusal to give a full refund or buy-back of Moose has ended our relationship with his people. We stand behind our babies for genetic and congenital problems but unfortunately can't give refunds for non-specific injuries. |

| Toby & Erica, Just wanted to send an update on Laci. She is doing great! She's now bigger than Apollo is, who just turned 3 years old. She is almost 80lbs already. I was laying on the couch watching a movie, and she decided to curl up between the back cushion and the back of the couch and watch the movie...she loves to snuggle! I keep saying if she could crawl inside of us, she would! As soon as I get the camera installed on the computer again, I will forward over some more pictures of her. Laci is definitely a big chicken! She is scared of everything. She even scares herself half the time. She acts tough though! We have dogs on both sides of us, and she runs outside barking her head off, but as soon as they bark or come running over, she runs away and hides. Good luck with the new puppies, and I will definitely pass the word along to my cousin and her husband! Thanks! Kristin & Dan |

| Toby & Erica, Just wanted to drop you a line and some pictures of Adonis. He is doing great!!!!. What a wonderful addition to our family. I love him so much already! Before long I believe he will think he is a bird. He enjoys laying underneath the Manzanita play perch for the birds in the store. He has made himself and home and stolen my heart as well as the rest of my family. I can see already he and my son are going to be buddies. I can't thank you enough I am so thrilled with him. He is such a magnificent fellow. Nicole & John Delaware |

Hi Erica, I just wanted to email you and say thank you so very much! Your "little" gal is such a delight to have around and Scooby and she bonded instantly! My daughter wanted to change her name to "Ruby" since that was Scooby Doo's sister in the cartoon, so Ruby it will be and she seems to know it already... No accidents in the house and they sleep together in the crate very well... Ruby is just a delight and a wonderful addition to our household and I can't thank you enough. I'll send more pictures soon so you can see how she's coming along! Take care, Penny |

..we shortened her name to Cammie.
She is a great addition to our family and is doing pretty good with puppy training and walking on a leash, too.
I see your new pups are very cute and closing in on 8 weeks, it is amazing how time flies, that means we have had Cammie for almost 2 months.
Cammie just loves to cuddle up against me and my wife and is also very gentle and affectionate to my 2-year old, which is great.
Thank you, Cammie is a really great girl.
I am still working on a family picture, but I do have a couple updated pictures of Cammie for you.

Hey Erica, This is Dave. Sorry it's taken so long for me to send you an email in regards to Millie. She has grown quite a bit since we got her from you, although she is still small like you said she might be. She weighs around 60 pounds now and is still a clumsy mess, haha. We had a little trouble at first, she was having some food problems about a month or so later after we got her home out of the blue. But, we got her on some new food and she's been pretty good. She turns into a wild woman for about an hour every day and just bounces off everything. I find it pretty funny, my wife gets a little stressed about it, but she's a great dog and everyone who sees her just falls in love with her. I'm sure I could go on about her, but I just wanted to send you some pics. I don't have any current ones, but I can always get more if you like. Thanks a lot! |

Erica & Toby,
Hey Erica, wanted to give you an update on Ruca, since the last update we have moved to Florida.
Ruca did amazing in the car for 2 days with the cat, she got to visit some friends on the trip and even thought we lived in a hotel for 2 weeks she adjusted fairly well.
Ruca and her brother Mason(border collie, basset hound mix) are loving life, we have almost an acre of land, completely fenced in.
She loves to run laps, which has made her very muscular, she is now about 115lbs.
Now that she is 2 years old we have noticed her growing up, she knows alot of commands, but she tries to do all her commands at once, she gets confused sometimes.
Everyday is a blessing with Ruca, she has the most amazing personality, she loves to cuddle, give kisses, and climb in to bed to wake up with us.
We wish you the best of luck with all you litters this year!!

She loves the couch and has claimed it as her own-like any decent Dane would.
We have rename Zena to Zeva, but mostly just call her "Z".
She loves to chew on shoes (LOL) and her favorite thing to eat is pig ears (yum).
She has settled in nicely with the family and her first vet check up went great.
We will send photos of her first Christmas.

Hi, I know it's been quite a while, but I am finally able to sit down and send out a note and a picture of a GREAT Great Dane.
We named your Giant to Lacy Lea.
Here are 3 pictures I think you'll like.
She has a few friends here: a chocolate lab named Ginger and 3 cats until recently a fourth I found at work (wild) and brought home; you can see him in the picture with Lacy.
Lacy gets along well with all of them, but loves to chase after them sometimes.
Otherwise, she is a sweetheart.
Happy, healthy and loves all of us and we love her.
I see Cricket had more babies; Lacy's half brothers and sisters, COOL!
